General Terms
We accept cryptocurrency only BTC, ETH, or XMR. Wallet address is only good for 60 minutes. Once you receive, promptly make payment as there will be no refunds.
Once you have submitted the required amount, email us with transaction ID (TXID), order details, and shipppping information in the following format:

USPS PRIORITY shipping $15 (combined shipping will not be extra.)
Processing time 24-48 hrs. Shipping time 2-5 days (typically).
Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers are advised to inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported promptly. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. All products are shipped FOB SafeResearch’s facility, and risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. High-value shipments may be insured at the Buyer’s expense. SafeResearch can assist in claim processing upon request.
Return and Refund
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom orders, damaged or opened materials, expired items, or products with missing or altered labels. Returns may only be accepted for unopened items or in cases of verified quality issues supported by appropriate analytical data. All returns require prior authorization. RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Approved returns must be in original packaging and comply with all shipping regulations. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be charged for both outbound and return shipments.
