About Price and Availability
- Customers are encouraged to check product prices and availability directly on our website before requesting a quote. Each product’s price and availability are listed on its corresponding product page.
- If a product is marked as “same day availability,” it means the product is currently in our USA warehouse and ready for shipment.
- If a product is marked as “2 weeks availability,” it means that the product is not in stock at our USA warehouse, and we need approximately two weeks to transfer it.
- If no price is listed for a product, it means that the product is currently out of stock.
- Price match: We may offer price matching for USA-based vendors only (not for international vendors).
- Product quality: We guarantee 100% quality for all products.
(a) Each product and batch undergoes rigorous NMR, HPLC, and MS testing to confirm its structure and purity.
(b) Copies of NMR, HPLC, and MS spectra are available for download from the product’s webpage, located in the technical data section.
(c) For some products sourced from our partners, we may not be able to provide QC data.
Instructions to Obtain a Quote
- Provide your organization’s physical address (including name and street address), and contact details (website address, phone number, and email).
- Include the product name, SafeResearch catalog number, pack size (e.g., 1 gram, 5 grams), and the quantity (e.g., 1 vial, 5 vials).

- Informal quotes are typically provided via email if the customer has no specific preferences.
- A formal quote (in .pdf format) can be provided upon customer request.
- Quotes will not be given over the phone.
- A quote will not be provided if:
(a) The customer does not provide their business name and address.
(b) The customer requests less than 1g of a custom synthesis product.
(c) The customer’s intended use appears to be for human or patient-related applications.
(d) The customer is inquiring about DEA-controlled substances.
(e) The customer requests GMP, DMF, or ISO-certified API products.
(f) The product is excessively costly to manufacture and is unlikely to be affordable for most customers.
(g) Key raw materials needed to produce the product are temporarily unavailable.
(h) The product is protected by a valid patent.
(i) The customer is not the direct end user (except for our authorized distributors).
